RISKS IN PUBLIC-PRIVATE PARTNERSHIPS PROJECTS

Abstract
This article is devoted to the problems of risk management of public-private partnerships (PPPs) projects. Public-private partnerships have been widely used in infrastructure development in the past thirty years. The article considers theoretical approaches and practical aspects of risk management of public-private partnership. Particular attention is given in the article to categories of risks. The article examines the nature of risks in projects of public-private partnership, analyzes the various approaches to risk classification, and suggests the methods of risk management.
