THE INTRODUCTION OF INNOVATIVE TECHNOLOGIES IN THE EDUCATIONAL AND PRODUCTION PROCESS OF VOCATIONAL AND TECHNICAL SCHOOL

Abstract
Introduction. The insufficient level of readiness for professional work of vocational students conflicts to requirements of modern society. Therefore, the vocational training institutions have to introduce into the educational process the technologies, models and innovations, capable to provide high quality training of skilled workers. In article the main aspects of embedding innovative technologies into the learning process at vocational training institutions are considered. The results are obtained from the analysis of scientific researches on the integration of innovative technologies into educational process. Methods. Theoretical, empirical. Results. Embedding innovative technologies into the learning process at vocational training institutions provides the updating of content of vocational training with the result that labor market may be filled with qualified workers. Discussion. Prospects of further researches connect with use of innovative technologies in the learning process at vocational training institutions for the formation of the professional competence of skilled workers.
