Abstract
In article the main tendencies and regularities of development of the economic legislation taking into account the principles of sustainable development are considered. The author has considered various approaches to definition of the term «modernization of the economic legislation». In article the author has defined the perspective directions of realization of the principles of sustainable development in the economic legislation of Ukraine.
