Theory of Intentional and Literary Studies: The Specificity of Dialogue and Its Analytical Productivity
Journal Title: Держава та регіони. Серія: Гуманітарні науки - Year 2018, Vol 55, Issue 4
Abstract
Within the framework of the intentional approach, it is possible to single out the intentionalities of the author, characters, recipients-readers and proactive recipients. As a result of the author’s intentionality, the inner world of the work appears, which contains hermeneutic (senses embedded into the text by the author) and receptive-phenomenological (semantic lacunae inspiring reading creativity) intentions, which are activated by the recipient in the process of creating the artistic world of a reception. There is a specific type of recipients, who in this paper are called proactive. Based on the artistic text, they create a derivative creative product - theatrical production or film adaptation. The final result of the creative efforts of proactive recipients is a derivative creative projection, which, in turn, serves as the text-basis for subsequent receptions.
