INFORMATIONAL AND TECHNOLOGICAL ASPECTS OF ECOLOGICAL SAFETY MANAGEMENT IN MUNICIPAL ATMOSPHERIC AIR MONITORING SYSTEMS

Abstract

Purpose. To develop the IAS model and the model of information monitoring technology for atmospheric air at the municipal level in terms of making decisions on environmental safety. Methodology. General scientific methods for the development of fuzzy recognition model situation have been used. Results. The composition and structure of the IAS monitoring main functional elements have been determined. The modern IAS construction principles based on advanced technologies for automated collection, integration and complex analysis of all types of information characterizing the urban system condition have been determined. The general scheme of information technology and support of making operational decisions on environmental safety management in the municipal environmental atmospheric air monitoring system has been developed. Originality. A theoretical-plural model as the basis for constructing the ecological monitor- ing information-analytical system structure have been developed. Practical value. The results of the work should be ap- plied in developing an information and analytical system for monitoring and supporting decision-making on environ- mental safety at the level of concrete urban systems in technogenically loaded regions of Ukraine.
