New Concept of a Modernized Arc Welding Machine Design

Abstract
This work explains the concept design for a new and modernized arc welding machine . The design objectives were to: (a) Introducing the concept for a new and modernized arc welding machine; (b) Get rid of stuck electrode problem; (c) Introducing the design with a CAD model. The new design has an enhanced modularity meaning that manual labor won’t be needed for getting a stuck electrode unstuck. That it can be done automatically with help of electricity. Also, enhancing the accessability of the user and increasing efficiency in terms of use. This work is expected to contribute to the overall knowledge of machine design and arc welding machines in specific.
